Different isn't just GOOD. It's NECESSARY.
When you have the same experiences as everyone else (MBA, Business school, etc) then you tend to think like everyone else. We love business, but we have a very different body of experience that actually helps us help you better.
For more than a decade, countless business "guru" books have advocated for creativity as the new frontier in business. They've said you need more MFAs and less MBAs. You need a Chief Cultural Officer. You need to think like the artist. You need linchpins. They tell you that you need to go from good to great, and then suggest that great isn't good enough. And at the end of it all, does anyone even know what good all this talk would do if you could see it in action? We do.
The skills "MFAs" possess are essential to surviving the 21st-century marketplace. But, translating those skills across fields isn't so easy. That's what we can do. And when we do it, you get more from less.
Truly getting more from less can only accomplished through creative and inventive means.
